Hi, I'm Fatimah, but everyone calls me Fats. By day, I'm a doctor dealing with the hustle of the hospital. But by heart? I'm a baker. House of Fats is my passion project, born from my kitchen and baked entirely between my shifts.

For me, baking is all about comfort and care. Everything here is made completely by hand in small batches. I use real ingredients and take no shortcuts — these are the exact, indulgent desserts I want to sink into after a long 12-hour shift.

Because I bake around my busy schedule, quantities are strictly limited. My drops go live weekly. Hope you enjoy!
